one of them for today’s recording is Paul Merton, Sue Perkins, Marcus Brigstocke and Stephen Mangan.
I’m expecting someone will replace Stephen at the second recording.
UPDATE: First panel was Paul, Sue, Marcus and Ruth Jones. Stephen Mangan replaces Ruth for the second recording. So two newbies, Stephen and Ruth.

I wish the TV producers had only used panellists who'd served a JAM apprenticeship on the radio version.
I have to agree with the previous comment.
All the debutantes of the series actually seem like pretty good ones, but if this is a one-off anniversary celebration (as I believe it to be, shouldn't they be honouring the spirit of the occasion and the people who helped the series to it's longevity a little more?
Sheila Hancock, Kit Hesketh-Harvey, Ross Noble, and perhaps even Tim Rice spring to mind...
Sheila and Ross were unavailable for the series.
