More recording news
The July 21st recording featured
Paul Merton, Graham Norton, Gyles Brandreth, Pauline McLynn and Suki Webster. I'm assuming Pauline and Suki did one show each. Suki is Paul's partner so that adds something different. She is a very talented actress and improviser.
Only the Edinburgh recordings to come now. My guess is that Tony Hawks will join Paul there as the two regulars, and the four others rotating in the other two seats will be Fred MacAulay, Janey Godley, Hardeep Singh Kohli and Juan Moore. I rather think Mike McShane might take Juan's seat - he was very good last year and with his accent offers something a bit different. But we shall see.

3 Comments:
1) I thought the recording on the 21st had Stephen Fry and Charles Collingwood in it?
2) I'd be surprised if Hardeep Singh Kohli did the show after he was dropped from the One Show for inappropriate behaviour.
Thanks for your interest - your points are answered however in earlier posts on this blog. In short...
* Stephen and Charles appeared a a recording on the 20th - yes they had recordings on consecutive days.
* Hardeep Singh Kohli was listed in a BBC press release just a week and a bit ago as appearing on JAM this series. We'll have to see if that eventuates, but that's the position.
Less than an hour 'til we hear Stephen AND Charles... :D
