Lucy Beaumont totally out of her depth. Not her fault, but she shouldn't have been there. The other players gave up challenging her and allowed her to carry on hesitating and repeating herself - even Nicholas allowed her to carry on with the subject after challenge when she was clearly at fault. We don't pay the licence fee to listen to this sort of poor performance. Danny Cohen has decreed that every game show must have at least one female panellist. It is demeaning when a token contestant is put on the program, unsure of the rules and incapable of giving a decent performance. Perhaps Mr Cohen identifies with someone floundering around in a position they are clearly incapable of filling, while screwing up a programme that followers have enjoyed for many years?
